Review summary
Based on recent reviews

The Fitzwilliam Hotel is often praised for its central location, especially its proximity to St Stephen's Green, restaurants, bars and shopping, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Guests consistently describe the rooms as spacious and clean, with lovely decor. The Grover's Lane Restaurant and bar are frequently mentioned as highlights, offering excellent dining and drinks. While some guests have found the pillows too soft or have mentioned noise from nearby bars, the hotel's advantages clearly outweigh these minor points for most.

loose tiles late noise
Our room was a bit of a letdown. I booked the room expecting the details to match the pictures. The bathroom tiles were coming loose and looked old, this wasn't what I expected. The noise from nearby bars kept me awake until late, this really affected my rest.
