The staff answered all my questions promptly, i really liked that. the room had good soundproofing. I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. the location was superb, close to many points of interest and transport links, it was easy to get around.

the pillows in the room were a bit too soft for my preference.

the room featured a king bed and a separate seating area; it was spacious. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries. climate control was very effective, it kept the room at a consistent temperature.

the hotel is close to a major shopping street and several theaters; it is great for entertainment. there is a park directly across the street, i could walk there. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel's doorstep.
